meal plan for the week of april 8th

MONDAY
breakfast: smoothie [carrot, banana, strawberry, almond milk, cinnamon, whey protein, flaxseed]
mid-morning snack: 2 easter eggs
lunch: leftover Ezogelin
dinner: ha - to be determined

TUESDAY
breakfast: eating at a conference at USC
mid-morning snack: easter egg
lunch: mixed green salad [greens, red onion, toasted walnuts, blue cheese, ff balsamic dressing, quinoa, s&p]
dinner: flank steak and asparagus salad

WEDNESDAY
breakfast: smoothie [whey protein, flaxseed, and an assortment of fruits and veggies]
mid-morning snack: easter egg
lunch: turkey chili and crackers
dinner: TBD

THURSDAY
breakfast: smoothie [whey protein, flaxseed, and an assortment of fruits and veggies]
